I understand that you care about how information about you is collected, used and/or shared. This notice descibes my privacy policy. By visiting RalphMorocco.com, you are accepting the practices described in this policy.
Examples of the information I collect and analyze include the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; e-mail address if you provide that information in the Contact Ralph page; computer and connection information such as browser type, version, and time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system, and platform; the full Uniform Resource Locator (URL) clickstream to, through, and from my Web site, including date and time; pages you viewed or searched for; and any information you provide, such as an address or phone number, in the message section of the Contract Ralph page. During some visits I may use software tools such as JavaScript to measure and collect session information, including page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs).
None of the information collected is shared, sold, or transferred to any other party. It is used solely to improve the function and design or the website, and to respond directly to requests you make through the Contact Ralph page.
My site may include third-party links to other Web sites. Links to third-party websites can be identified prior to clicking by checking for the offsite link indicator (a small box with an arrow in the upper right corner, following the underlined link. These third-party links are often links to websites where audiobooks that I have narrated and produced can be purchased. I do not provide any personally identifiable customer information to these third-party Web sites.
These third-party Web sites, or Internet advertising companies working on their behalf, may use technology to send (or "serve") the links that appear on my Web site directly to your browser. They may automatically receive your IP address when this happens. They may also use cookies, JavaScript, web beacons (also known as action tags or single-pixel gifs), and other technologies to measure the effectiveness of their ads and to personalize advertising content. I do not have access to or control over cookies or other features that they may use, and the information practices of these third-party Web sites are not covered by this Privacy Notice.
